I'm Scott Hanis
After spending 14 years building my career in the corporate world, my neighbor asked me to come in and help him set a solid foundation in his business. I've always had a deep passion for business growth and development, and believe that every small business has the potential to survive.
In 2019, my wife Laura and I decided to share this knowledge and open Fortitude HR Solutions. Our mission is simple: to empower small businesses across America with the tools and strategies they need to achieve their dreams of success. We believe that every small business has the potential to thrive and we are committed to providing comprehensive HR solutions tailored to your unique needs.
